That first foundational step is built through 1) education and then 2) integration.
Our Health & Wellness education works in a multi-layered approach: it firstly lays out a simple framework you can work to, suitable for use throughout the whole life cycle, and explains the key structure and principles of your own Human System. With this knowledge you are better placed to demystify the myriad of wellbeing approaches and biohacks on offer in the modern wellbeing industry, to discern what works, what doesn’t work, and why. To sustain our wellbeing through the life cycle and through life's summits and valleys, we don’t just want a toolbox for physical & mental health and wellbeing, we want to understand the original construction, and the original methods for our good maintenance.
With this knowledge, you can see your body as part of a carefully structured system, for which we hand you the map.
We further link the crucial relationship between body and behaviours and explain why behaviours (thoughts, speech and action) are as crucial to your wellness and your outcomes, as the exercise you do and the food you eat.
With a better grip on wellbeing understanding, you will be empowered to make healthy choices at every level, knowing that for wellness we as humans have human needs which must be met, human capabilities which need to be built.
