Used by military and elite athletes our Elite Performance Programmes teach Five Rings Training's high-endurance methods of training and recovery for sustainable mental and physical health, reaching and sustaining elite performance and increasing human capabilities. The Pro-Training Camp
The Pro-Training Camp is open to athletes of all disciplines and UK serving military, and provides a highly supportive community and environment for athletes to nurture their talent and full-life-wellbeing amongst a peer group of elite performance.
A place of study, learning, training and support, the Pro-Training Camp equips athletes with vital tools in whole system physical, emotional and mental wellness against a backdrop of National and World Championship Level Coaching and expert athlete mentorship.

Our All Athlete Training enables athletes of different disciplines to come together to train together, learn cross-discipline techniques, share knowledge and build community in a "no-internal-competition" training environment.

THE ELITE ATHLETE: THE TALKS
The Elite Athlete Talks are a chance to learn the core principles of elite performance, integrated programming, the precepts of true wellbeing, recovery, endurance and longevity, and core tools and knowledge for physical, emotional and mental stability.
FUNCTIONAL & OPERATIONAL CAPABILITIES
Increasing human capabilities and redefining success, these seminars offer athletes the chance to train in knowledge and training tools normally coached inside national and world level squads, or during operational training and hence otherwise unavailable to the general public. UK Vetting applies to access some operational seminars.


THE FIGHT CAMP
The Fight Camp is an opportunity for athletes / fighters of all disciplines and levels to train together in an unique "no-internal-competition" competitive-prep training environment and receive National and World Championship Level Competitive Coaching with a principle focus on bare-knuckle knockdown MMA. The Fight Camp runs weekly evening 3.5 Hour-long Camp Training Sessions and Squad Training, Charity "All-Night Fighters" (10-hour fight training sessions starting at 10pm followed by Team Breakfast), plus regular Fight Tech Seminars and Fighter Competition Prep for those preparing to compete. UK Vetting applies to access this training.

THE SQUADS
We provide opportunities to train with and compete in our regional and GB Squads across several disciplines for competitive fighters and athletes. Selection for Squads takes place inside Camp Training and enables you access to Squad Training.
